Last night was the Grand Opening of the new Apple Store in Midtown Manhattan (59th & 5th; in front of FAO Schwartz).
The store opened at 6PM with a line 9 blocks long that covered a full square city block and snaked back to Madison avenue and up to 63rd. Jeanie and I joined the line at 61st street

Work today was pretty slow, kept myself busy keeping updated on new technology, slashdot, arstechnica and the reuters oddly enough page passed the time... Hopefully tomorrow will be more interesting. Maybe tomorrow will offer more news.
